FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions

I've never shot a firearm before. Can I come to your range?
Yes. Absolutely! We welcome first-time shooters and are passionate about providing a safe and encouraging introduction to the sport. Our Range Safety Officers are always available to assist you, and we highly recommend our "First Shots" introductory course for a comprehensive and comfortable start.

Do I need my own firearm to shoot at your range?
Not at all. We have an extensive fleet of modern firearms, including pistols and rifles, available for rent. Our knowledgeable staff can help you select a firearm that is comfortable and appropriate for your skill level. Renting is a great way to try different models before deciding to purchase.

What do I need to bring with me for my first time?
You will need a valid, government-issued photo ID (like a Driver's License or Passport). If you are renting a firearm, you must be 21 years of age or older. We provide eye and ear protection for rent, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Can I bring my camera?
Yes, but you may only photograph members of your party or our display firearms. You are not allowed to photograph other patrons, range personnel, or the facility security features.

Do you offer discounts to law enforcement and active duty military personnel?
Yes. We offer discounts with proper identification.

Can I bring my children?
Minors are welcome on the range when accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. The minimum age to enter the range is [e.g., 10 years old], and the supervising parent/guardian must sign a waiver for the minor. Please call ahead if you have specific questions about bringing a minor.

Do I need a reservation to shoot?
Walk-ins are always welcome! However, lanes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend making a reservation online, especially during peak hours (evenings and weekends), to guarantee your spot. Members enjoy advanced reservation privileges.

Can I bring my own firearm?
Yes. We encourage you to practice with your own firearms. Your firearms must be unloaded and cased when entering and leaving the facility. You may bring your own ammunition, subject to the restrictions mentioned above.

What makes your range safe?
Skeet is shot from eight distinct, fixed stations arranged in a semi-circle. This prevents shooters from moving into unsafe positions and ensures everyone is always firing in the same general downrange direction
